The Château Gassier winery is in the south of France, in Provence, at the foot of Mount Sainte-Victoire. The estate produces AOP-certified quality wines under the Côtes de Provence Sainte-Victoire appellation.
In 2025, Sainte-Victoire became the first area to receive Cru status within the Côtes de Provence AOP, celebrated for its exceptional terroir and wine quality.

The Gassier family purchased the estate in 1982 and gradually began transforming the vineyard, which had previously produced rather modest, locally typical wines.
The owners come from noble lineage – holding the title of barons – and winemaking has been a family tradition for five generations.
A true turning point came in 2010, when, under the leadership of the new director Olivier Souvelain, the vineyards underwent extensive renovation. From the outset, the goal was to transition to fully ecological production, and since 2016, all wines have been certified as organic.
