Espresso Martini

A cold caffeinated alcoholic drink that is tbelieved to have been first created in the early eighties by a London bartender when a famous model entered the Soho bar and asked him to create a drink that would wake her up.
Ingredients
- 4 cl Smirnoff No. 21 Red
- 2 cl De Kuyper Crème de Café
- 3 cl cooled espresso
- 3 x coffee bean

- Martini glass
- Cocktail shaker

Add all the ingredients into a shaker, shake through and pour into a chilled martini glass.
