Sidecar

Sidecar is one of the oldest cognac-based cocktails. It was established in 1920 at the Paris Ritz Carlton Hotel. The taste is strong as well as refreshingly light at the same time.
Ingredients
- 4 cl Hennessy V.S
- 2 cl orange liqueur
- 2 cl fresh lemon juice
- orange
- ice
Tools
- Coupe glass
- Cocktail shaker
Directions

Step
Cover the edge of the glass with lemon and dip it into sugar.

Add all ingredients into shaker, fill it with ice and shake well.

Pour into glass.

Garnish with an orange or lemon peel twist.
