Brandy
Brandy is a distilled liquor made primarily from fermented grape juice, though it can also be crafted from various fruits. The aging process in oak barrels imparts unique flavors and aromas, enhancing its complexity. Based on the age, brandies can be marked as VS, which denotes a minimum aging of 2 years; VSOP, aged for at least 4 years; and XO, which must be aged for a minimum of 10 years. Renowned for its sweet and fruity profile, brandy is often enjoyed neat or as a base in classic cocktails.
