An aromatic Moscato d'Asti made from Moscato Bianco grapes. Produced through slow, temperature-controlled fermentation in pressurised stainless steel tanks, with fermentation stopped by cooling to preserve natural residual sugar. The result is a light and refreshing sweet sparkling wine with floral aromas, fine bubbles and delicate honeyed notes.
