A Bordeaux-variety red blend where Merlot provides ripe fruit while Cabernet grapes and Carménère contribute structure and spice. The grapes are hand-harvested and carefully sorted before fermentation. The wine ferments on the skins for about three weeks and then ages for around 23 months in oak barrels and stainless steel, followed by at least 4 months of bottle ageing.
