The palate is medium-bodied with quite firm tannin on the entry. The taste is intense yet smooth and has a fresh and long aftertaste. This wine is well balanced and can age well. Nice full and soft taste, a lot of flexibility, but the cabernet also gives it backbone, fresh acidity and some tannins

To the nose, this Château Brane Cantenac red wine reveals all sorts of mulberries, blackberries, black currants and blueberries. As if that wasn't already impressive, the aging in small wooden barrels adds more aromas such as oriental spices, gingerbread spice and dark chocolate. There is also a hint of mint and flowers and licorice.
