A semi-dry Spanish sparkling wine with an elegantly fine bubble and well-balanced acidity, made strictly according to the Methode Traditsionelle rules. The aroma is remarkably fresh and citrusy. You can smell fresh green apple and lemon. Residual sugars: 20g/l. Suitable for enjoying on its own as well as with appetizers, dried fruits and nuts. Grape varieties used in production: Xarel Lo, Parellada, Macabeo.
