Dry, soft, delicate and well-acidified French sparkling wine with hints of grapefruit and blood orange. Peach, apricot and honeysuckle stand out in a fine and delicate aroma. The wine has matured for 12 months in the bottle on the lees. Grape varieties used in production: 70% Chardonnay, 20% Chenin Blanc, 10% Pinot Noir.
