A French sparkling wine characterized by a harmonious palette of citrus fruits, with an excellent balance of sweetness and acidity, with a long finish. The aroma is intense and subtle, you can feel honey, acacia and crystallized lemon. The wine has matured for 12 months in the bottle on the lees. Grape varieties used in production: 60% Chardonnay, 20% Chenin Blanc, 10% Pinot Noir, 10% Mauzac.
