Gérard Bertrand is known worldwide as a pioneer and trailblazer in organic winemaking and offers a very wide range of organic, biodynamic, vegan friendly wines. The plantations of Gérard Bertrand wineries are located in the Langedoc region and are biodynamically certified or on the way. Domaine de L'Aigle Chardonnay is a dry white wine with notes of ripe pineapple, ginger and roasted almonds. Good minerality emerges in the aftertaste. The aroma is dominated by toast, ripe lime, lemongrass and anise. Made from 100% Chardonnay grapes.
