Junimperium Barrel Aged Sloe Schnapps – Estonia's first sloe schnapps. A distillate of sloe schnapps that has rested in an acacia barrel after distillation. An excitingly nuanced, dignified schnapps with aromatic sloe and deep, sweet woody notes. This batch is special because it has been aged in a bourbon barrel, which adds a deep and unique flavor nuance. After barrel aging, we have added subtle notes of cinnamon, silky vanilla and bold habanero pepper to enhance the taste. The finish is given by a delicate hint of smoky paprika, which unites all the flavors into a perfect whole.
