A very fruity, berry and dry South African sparkling wine, dominated by white peach, strawberries and cranberries. In the aftertaste, peanut and minerality come to the fore. The aroma is very elegant and berry, you can feel the pomegranate. In the background, the aroma is slightly floral. Grape varieties used in production: 92% Pinot Noir, 8% Chardonnay.
