The palate is slightly creamy, rich in texture, complex - thanks to the ‘wild’ yeast – upfront, there is an explosion of flavour, succulent. Wild herbs, passionfruit skin, kumquat. To follow, caramelised citrus fruits, flinty lees, poached stone fruits. It’s wonderfully persistent, long and generous. A powerful and opulent wine. Very well suited to the gastronomic scene.

Very aromatic; fresh tropical fruit characters like ripe mango. Hints of passionfruit, blood orange. Notes of hot toffee, marmalade, baking danish pastry (from the time on lees). Reminiscent of Crème brulee or crème caramel. Alluring.
