Golden, with an olive-green hue, aroma of rich sweetness and fruits – oranges, lemons and pears, accompanied by seasalt and peat smoke. Taste: the mouth-watering flavour of late autumn fruits: dried figs and honey sweet spices, followed by a smoky and malty dryness. Aftertaste: Long-lasting, with a soft sweet finish, oak barrel nuance, dry and salty.
