This wine is crafted from carefully selected Sangiovese, Ciliegiolo, and Canaiolo grapes, vinified at controlled temperatures and briefly macerated in steel vats to achieve a smooth and persuasive taste. Its fruity bouquet features cherry and currant aromas, complemented by a subtle hint of violet. On the palate, it is harmonious and vigorous, with warming herbal and fruity notes, leading to an intense and satisfying finish. It pairs excellently with grilled meats, aged cheeses, and roasts.
