Glera grapes are carefully selected, gently pressed, and fermented in steel tanks. A second fermentation in an autoclave using the Charmat-Martinotti method gives Prosecco its elegance, balance, and effervescence. The wine has a pale straw yellow color with greenish hues. Aromas of ripe green apple, pear, and white peach are complemented by acacia and wisteria notes. The taste is crisp and refreshing, with citrus zest, tropical fruits, and a touch of honey. Balanced acidity and a creamy mousse provide a smooth and elegant mouthfeel. It pairs well as an aperitif, with fish and vegetable-based appetizers, and fresh cheeses.
