Valmistatud 100% Cabernet Sauvignon viinamarjadest, mis korjati käsitsi. Marjad jahutati enne töötlemist üleöö ning kääritati avatud betoonmahutites, kus õrn ekstraktsioon saavutati kahe kerge pump-over’i abil päevas.
