The Testuz house bears theheritage of a family that settled in 1538on the heights of a unique terroir.The Crossbow is the emblem of the Testuz family crest. This symbolicobject had to adorn the label of this prestigious vintage! Typical of itsterroir, this Chasselas has aromas of grilled and smoked, with notes ofhazelnut, dried pear and quince. Elegant and intense, this white winedisplays a lot of mineral tension on the palate, but without anybitterness, which is common in Dézaley.
