The Val Di Suga wines from Tuscany, Brunello di Montalcino DOCG, which is considered one of the most valued red wine regions in Italy, have been added to the selection. The wines are made from Sangiovese grapes.
The story of Val di Suga dates back to 1969, when Val di Suga, originally part of Aldo Moro, joined the Bertani Domains group in 1994, allowing the winery to acquire more vineyards in more desirable areas in the area and invest in renovating the winery. Val Di Suga´ owns three of Montalcino’s largest single vineyard vineyards: Vigna Spuntali, Vigna del Lago and Poggio al Granchio, all on different hillsides and soils.
Since the release of the first vintage in 1982, the Val di Suga has become one of the most important wineries in the region.
