New Italian wine brand Bertani now available in Prike!
Bertani has been making wines in the Valpolicella region for more than a century and a half, with a history of viticulture dating back to 1850. Bertani is one of the most important wine producers in the region, one of the best in the history of Valpolicella wine production. The wines of the winery have a unique and recognizable and unmistakable style.
The Veneto region is best known for its Amarones, and Bertani’s Amarone Classico is still considered the best in the region, a standard for Amarone and an authentic example of what one traditional Amarone should taste like.

Gaetano Bertani, the founder of the Bertani winery, had the extraordinary opportunity to meet Jules Guyot´ in Burgundy, who is considered one of the great figures of oenology in modern wine science. Jules Guiyot passed on to Bertani’s winery the important knowledge that the Bertani brothers were comfortable with according to the Valpolicella region, resulting in exceptional wines that have been highly acclaimed by critics (Tre Bicchieri, James Suckling, Soave Trophy, etc.).
