Ingredients

  • 60 ml Ron Santiago de Cuba Extra Añejo 11 Years Old
  • 45 ml salted honey syrup
  • 20 ml lime juice
  • ice

Tools

  • Coupe glass
  • Cocktail shaker

Make the salted honey syrup: mix equal parts hot water and honey. Add a pinch of salt, stir until combined. Let cool.

Add all ingredients into a shaker filled with ice, shake well and strain into a coupe glass.
