Ingredients
- 60 ml Ron Santiago de Cuba Extra Añejo 11 Years Old
- 45 ml salted honey syrup
- 20 ml lime juice
- ice

Step
Make the salted honey syrup: mix equal parts hot water and honey. Add a pinch of salt, stir until combined. Let cool.

Add all ingredients into a shaker filled with ice, shake well and strain into a coupe glass.
