A Cuban rum cocktail.

Ingredients

60 ml Ron Santiago de Cuba Extra Añejo 11 Years Old
45 ml salted honey syrup
20 ml lime juice
ice

Tools

Coupe glass
Cocktail shaker

Directions

Step

Make the salted honey syrup: mix equal parts hot water and honey. Add a pinch of salt, stir until combined. Let cool.

Step

Add all ingredients into a shaker filled with ice, shake well and strain into a coupe glass.
