A summery gin cocktail with Junimperium craft gin
Ingredients
- Junimperium Blended Dry Gin
- 2 cl De Kuyper Creme De Cassis
- 2 cl fresh lemon juice
- 1 cl simple syrup
- 12 cl Fever-Tree Soda Water
- 1 dewberries
- 1 spring(s) of mint
- Ice

- Bar spoon

Step
Fill a highball glass with ice.

Add gin, liqueur, lemon juice and simple syrup.

Fill the glass with soda water and stir gently with a bar spoon.
