Inspired by the sunsets in the gardens outside the orangerie and the delicate smells that float in the air. Fruit abounds in this beautiful version of a classic summer cup, with the plethora of berry notes found in the wines, bought to the fore and the lovely stone fruit characters of the liqueurs highlighting the lovely structure of these wines.

Ingredients

  • 20 ml Peachtree Liqueur
  • 10 ml Luxardo Maraschino Liqueur
  • 1 Strawberry (Cut into Quarters)
  • 2 Raspberries (Cut into Halves)
  • 3 Blueberries (Cut into Halves)
  • 2 Mint springs
  • 75 ml Moët & Chandon Brut Impérial
  • Ice

Tools

  • Wine glass
  • Bar spoon

Directions

Step
Add the cut berries the Moët large glass and gently press with the back of a spoon.

Add the liqueurs, top with Champagne and stir.

Fill glass with cubed ice. Garnish with two mint Sprigs and some berries and serve with a smile.
