- 5 cl Santiago de Cuba Carta Blanca
- 4 lime wedges
- 1 cl sugar syrup
- 6 peppermint leaves
- 250 ml sparkling water
- Ice

- Highball glass
- Bar spoon
- Muddler

Place mint leaves and lime wedges into a glass. Crush with muddler.

Add sugar syrup and rum, stir.

Fill a highball glass with ice and add sparkling water to the top.
