- 5 cl Santiago de Cuba Carta Blanca rum
- 1 cl sugar syrup
- 25 cl sparkling water
- 4 x lime wedge
- 6 x peppermint leave
- Ice

- Bar spoon
- Muddler

Step
Place mint leaves and lime wedges into a glass. Crush with muddler to release the essential oils.
