Ingredients

  • 5 cl Santiago de Cuba Carta Blanca rum
  • 1 cl sugar syrup
  • 25 cl sparkling water
  • 4 x lime wedge
  • 6 x peppermint leave
  • Ice

Tools

  • Highball glass
  • Bar spoon
  • Muddler

Directions

Step
Place mint leaves and lime wedges into a glass. Crush with muddler to release the essential oils.

Add sugar syrup and rum, stir.

Fill a highball glass with ice and add sparkling water to the top.
