Cantina Toblino winery is moving towards 100% organic certification. The taste of Vino Santo Trentino is round, lush and multifaceted. Residual sugar is balanced by beautiful acidity. In the exceptionally versatile aroma can feel dried fruit and orange peel enhanced by cinnamon and hazelnut. The bouquet is accompanied by the aroma of fresh honey. Made from 100% Nosiola grapes.
The wine has matured in an oak barrels for 12 years, the development potential is 50+ years from the year of production.
