Château Patache d’Aux on Prantsusmaa veinitootja alates 18.sajandist. Logol olevad 3 hobust kaariku ees sümboliseerivad kolme perekonda, kes aitasid ajaloos veinimajal kujuneda selliseks nagu ta täna on. Vanimad viinapuud on nende terroir´l ligi 90 aastat vanad. Veinimaja eesmärk on toota nii puhtaid veine, kui võimalik, et austada ökosüsteemi ja tarbijaid. Seetõttu on nende veinid pestisiidide vabad. Sügav granaatpunane Medoc AOC Cru Bourgeois on valmistatud neljast erinevast viinamarjasordist (Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Petit Verdot).
