The plantations of Gérard Bertrand wineries are located in the Langedoc region and are biodynamically certified or on the way. Cigalus White Aude Hauterive is dry, full-bodied, silky, ripe and very rich. The taste has a lot of vanilla, toastiness, creaminess and notes of exotic fruits. The intense and complex aroma is dominated by the aroma of ripe citrus fruits, especially grapefruit. In addition, white peach, honeydew, dried fruits and toastiness come to the fore.
