Jackson-Triggs Grand Reserve Sparkling Brut is a creamy and medium-bodied sparkling wine made from hand-picked berries (49% Chardonnay, 47% Pinot Noir, 4% Meunier) using the methode traditionelle method and matured on lees for 2.5 years. Residual sugar content 8.8 g/l. The taste is dominated by ripe apple and pear, stone fruits are yellow plum, and there is also a hint of citrus peel. Minerality and roastiness emerge in the aftertaste. The aroma reveals red berries, apple, honeycomb, citrus peel and elegant toastiness.
