Residual sugar content 8.8 g/l. The taste is dominated by ripe apple and pear, stone fruits are yellow plum, and there is also a hint of citrus peel. Minerality and roastiness emerge in the aftertaste. The aroma reveals red berries, apple, honeycomb, citrus peel and elegant toastiness.

Their story began in 1989, when winemakers Donald Triggs and Allan Jackson bought a winery and came out with their own wine four years later.
