Blond is a fruity golden Belgian ale-type beer made with a variety of malt, hops, sugar and added coriander. The Belgian ale yeast selected for this beer has been used for fermentation.
The sweet and mild beer has a slightly spicy aroma of ripe fruit, the bouquet of which also includes melon, banana, citrus, currant and a little yeast. Aftertaste soft, slightly sour, fruity.
The beer is unfiltered, therefore having a yeast undertone and haze.
